Shomal Kebabs and Curries

Yesterday my boyfriend and I were at Trinoma. We got pretty hungry so we decided to grab a bite. Whenever we go there we only eat at selected restaurants so I told him we can roam around this time, just to add choices from the list. Then we saw this resto that serve Kebabs, without any hesitation we went inside to try it out.

The place looks good. No smell of spices.. They have this table on the side where there are curtains. So it's like a private table but actually just to make the ambiance look like your in the middle east (the things i see in tv.) Im not really a fan of  kebabs but I don't mind eating every once in a while. The place looks really neat and nice (except for the mother and sonsss sitting next to our table creating lots and lots of noise. Seriously, don't bring your kids to restaurants when you can't control them. Either they will break things or disturb other customers. And parents please know how to talk to your little ones in a nice way esp when your in public). Also the prices were ok. Just right for the amount of food they serve.

Since im not really familiar with the menu i ordered beef kebab and my boyfriend ordered chicken kebab. The  waiter will ask you if you want your food to be spicy, medium spicy or normal. So we ordered one beef kebab, one chiken kebab and one solo onion soup. The soup was good and the serving was enough. It really tasted like onion but creamy. When they served our orders I was surprised because the amount of food was ok. Not too small for the price and it tasted good as well. I really liked the yellow rice (and i forgot again the name). The beef was tender and easy to eat. Tho it kinda looked like the longanisa breakfast of Mcdo but it taste really good. Then they gave us some sauce as well (the garlic sauce and the spicy sauce) both were really good. Even if you put only small amount of spicy sauce it's ok already (im not really a fan of spicy food but I can tolerate it at times.) Too bad my boyfriend wasn't able to finish his chicken kebab because it was spicy. We ordered a not spicy kebab but it was still spicy. But his chicken kebab was also good. It was a good place to eat.

It is located at the 4th floor of Trinoma, near Red Box and Jack's Loft.
