Contis and Prizes

Contis is known for its delicious pastries. You would often a see a long line of waiting customers to be served or to order. From what I know there are only few Contis store in Metro Manila. We ate at Contis Trinoma one time. As expected, the place was very busy, crowded and noisy because there are so many customers. Jonas will always order their beef salpicao and I'll try their chicken selection. This time I ordered their Chicken Balotine. As usual, the beef salpicao was tender and tasty. I've tried several salpicao and so far Contis was the best. The chicken tasted good. I don't know what you call the sauce but it's a little creamy. Tasted perfect. The chicken was fresh, not dry. We tried also their soup of the day which was crab and corn but we prefer their clam chowder. I usually order their chicken cordon bleu. I honestly don't know the difference between the chicken balotine and cordon bleu because the taste was almost the same. Good thing both were really good though. Who ever created Contis. I LOVE YOU! :)
